Throughout the last 30 years I successfully managed business and I have been able to gather a wealth of experience in various business, in growth stage, turnaround stage and start up.
First P&L role at the age of 27
First responsibility above 1 billion EUR in volume at the age of 36.
10 years of experience as a CEO, 4 years CEO of a stock listed company.
Since October 2019 Board member as well as Advisor to Private Equity and Consultant supporting various companies in their transformation, strategic direction and growth plans.

Turnaround management and transformations:
In the past 10 years I have led three major transformations, one to achieve high growth and two which involved restructuring, focus on profitability before re-igniting growth again.
As an Executive Advisor I can provide hands on and proven solutions to organisations in turnaround and transformation stages.
Board and Advisory:
Throughout my career I have interacted with Boards and Executive Management and been able to build up skills necessary to support as an Executive Advisor. Various assignments from October 2019 related to sustainability and value creation. Currently serving on three public listed boards as non executive director.
Mentoring and Coaching:
In my younger years I had a number of top ranked executives from the management board of Siemens who have been mentoring me, I always appreciated that and benefited a lot. Over more than 15 years I have been a Mentor and Coach myself to young talented managers - many of those relations last far beyond the time frame of the mentoring
Presentations and University Lectures:
I always felt it is great to give back to the young talents of tomorrow and I did enjoy presentations, lectures and in particular also the discussions hereto. During my career I had the honour to be able to present in Harvard, MIT, ETH and various Universities in Finland.
