Presentations and Case Studies at Universities
I was blessed to be able to hold lectures and present in a number of top Universities like Harvard, MIT, Hult International Business School, ETH and various Finnish top Universities. This included a number of topics, such as design decisions, circular economy, potential of bio economy as well as career advice.
Pöyry Case Study
During 2018 and 2019, a former dean and current professor of the Hult International Business School in Boston has written a business case about the turn around I have managed as the CEO of Pöyry Plc. The case describes not only the turn around actions but also the focus on Entrepreneurship, a model to make every employee work, act and decide like it is his money, his company. Having presented this case at Harvard and Hult International Business School, I would be happy to share the experience more broadly.
